DOWN-in Battle, you face Right.
[]-Perform the Action shown in Battle Menu.
/\-Talk/Examine/Move in World Map
L1-Cycle left through menu.
R1-Cycle right through menu.

TIP: To Run Away, press against 'barriers' on far left and right side.

Start a new game, and you'll be presented with cutscene showing a team of Heroes
going against a sole single goblin, Gobli. You'll then be presented with a tutorial
lesson on the battles. It doesn't allow you to move side to side, but it gives
you the basic idea of how battles work.

Do what the lesson says, and go through some more cutscenes. After you lose, and
go back to Weakling Town, you'll get a call from the Creator asking for you to
replace slimes, who fell under a case of foot fungus. When you're able to actually
move, head outside.

I suggest buying the Worn Armor from the Weapon and Armor shop before doing anything.
Also, if you study the crates in the Weapon and Armor shop, you'll notice one looks
a tad different. If you can't see a difference, move around, and study the crates
while moving. You'll see what I mean. Examine it to get a Forest Fruit, which raises
your maximum HP by 10! You should still have 5G on you, so go to the Item shop, located
at the Inn, and talk to the Jester. Buy 1 Red berry, and store it in your bag. REMEMBER!
ITEMS CAN ONLY BE USED ON FIELDS, NOT BATTLES! Also, go to the most North East building
and change your Job to Weakling. It doesn't appear to help now, but it adds a small percent
to your Attack and Defense.

CAUTION: THE MAP ENTRY HAS FROZEN ON ME ON A FEW OCCAISIONS, PLEASE SAVE BEFORE GOING
OUTSIDE! I'M GUESSING IT'S REALLY MY RPGM2 DISC, BUT PLAY ON THE SAFE SIDE ANYWAY!

After you're done, save if you want, and head outside. You'll see only one area available-
the Tower that leads to the Upper World. (HINT: USE /\ to examine the areas)

Climb the Tower, and soon you'll find yourself in a forest. Head down, and you'll
see a fork. I suggest to keep heading down, and taking a left.
You'll end up on a road that looks like a Y. Follow the down path's left side until
you can slip by 2 trees, and examine every where to find another Forest Fruit.
Head out and go south more to end up in Common Town.

Upon Entry, you'll see an Inn to your right. Go there, and head behind the little
wing, and examine around there for a 3rd Forest Fruit, then head south until
you see a small shed. Go in there, and you'll get Mark, a member. I suggest
going back to the forest and level up Gobli and Mark to level 3. Head back
to Common Town, buy Mark a Black Robe (Or shadow, if you can afford it).
Stock up on items, especially Red Berries. Head down the bridge, and out
to Upper World. From there, go to Common Plains. Head north to get to
part 2 of the plains, and from there, follow the tree path. Instead of going
up again, head west, and follow that path to get yet another Forest Fruit. Head
back, and go up for the Slime scene. You'll fight them both. I suggest attacking the
one Mark is attacking to get one down quickly. The other should be a breeze after that.

CAUTION: THE BATTLE OF 4 FERRETTS MAY FREEZE. IT'S QUITE RARE, BUT IT HAS HAPPENED.
I PRESUME IT'S FROM TOO MANY VFX AT ONCE. I REDUCED THE OBJECTS PLACED ON THAT FIELD,
AND IT HASN'T HAPPENED TO ME AGAIN YET... BUT STILL, SAVE BEFORE GOING TO THE FIELD!

Once done, head back out of Common Field, and onto the Upper World. From there, go
to the Soldier's Home. If you need to, head to Common Town, and pay for a room at the
Inn, stock up on items, save, whatever.
Once in the field, head North East, until you see 2 flowers
fairly close to each other. You don't have to head that far up, it's about mid
way. TURN ON YOUR CONTROLLER VIBRATION!

Walk around until it vibrates, and hit /\, and you'll find another Forest Fruit. Head back
up to see the Soldier. He'll tell you to go to the Castle and ask about Mark's movement,
which is what you're going to do. By now, you should be levelled at ATLEAST 5, I suggest
7 or more if you really aren't good with the battle system. Also, walking around in
the Field and battling might get you a Rusty Club, a good weapon for Gobli!

After you feel confident (and have enough Gold), head back to Common Town, buy the best
weapons and armor you can (especially Woven Armor), and head on out to the Castle.
The first room is pretty easy, just follow the East wall. After you've headed up to the
2nd floor, follow the corridors, and head East, then North to get another Forest Fruit.
Head back south, then all the way West, and back north to get to the last floor. You'll
see the Heroes have made it thus far as well, and a small battle scene. Afterwards, head
to the guards, talk to them, and prepare for a hard fight! I advise levelling up to 9 or
10 before this fight.

Just like the slimes, I suggest attacking the enemy Mark is after, while attacking his
back (he can't attack you). Shortly, however, the other guard will arrive, and his target
is you. This is where you switch targets to the one after you, lure him away from Mark, and
attack. Heal when necesarry. If you see the magic effect under him, run like crazy to dodge
his lightning attack. This battle is almost impossible if Mark is dead, so try to make sure
he has good armor and has the right weapon and levelling, and full MP.

After the fight, you'll head to Common Plains in a depressed way, where a cat named Neko
joins you! He tells you that all your troubles will disappear if you go to Ozzy, which
is our next destination. If you aren't level 10 yet, I highly advise doing so. Head to
Common Town, and back through the forest, down the tower, and into Lower World. Before
going to Ozzy, go to Weakling Town, and change Jobs to Mid Boss for a even bigger stat boost.

Go to Ozzy (Boss Castle), and you'll see that a Lady, Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Lion have
been told that they can't get what they desire (wrong place they're in...). You'll then
ask for your wishes, and are told that it isn't possible. Again, in a depressed attitude,
you three head to Common Plains. There, Slimey will tell you the legend of the Weakling
that made the Last Boss status! Sleep at the Inn if you want, then head off to Desolate
Desert.

While it moves quickly, the bag can be caught by quickly running forward upon entry.
The bag contains a Forest Fruit. After you've caught the bag, head north, and you'll
enter a isolated area, where you must head north over and over until you are put
in a place with a magical shrine. Enter it, head across the tree branch, and into the
mosaic fruit where you'll see the Slime Master-the only Weakling to make Last Boss!

Talk to him, go through the semi-boring scene, and head back out. Go into Zomar-the
place where you need to go to become the Last Boss! This place is pretty straight
forward. Just keep following the paths, completing whatever puzzle necessary, until
you see a castle in front of you. Before enterring it, wait a few seconds until you
see a sparkle. Examine where you seen it to get another Forest Fruit, then save, and
enter the castle.

Garamos, the current Last Boss, mistakes you for the Heroes, and when he discovers who
you really are, he gets enraged!

This is a very hard battle if you aren't levelled 15 or so. It isn't hard to acquire, just
a little time consuming. If you are around there, take a risk and try to beat him, making
sure you're in Defensive playing. If he ever teleports, run left and right like mad, as that's
his most powerful move-Judgement. Each bolt does enough damage to almost kill you in one hit!
After a long battle, you'll have won, and the Creator calls, saying you guys have to go
to the Dungeon and replace the Last Boss.

Before going to the Dungeon, head to the new openned area-Edge. Here, you can get
a Forest Fruit by checking out the Snowman on the Mid Eastern side of the town.
You can also buy every available weapon and armor at the shop. Buy equally enough
weapons and armor for every one, and head out of town, and to the Dungeon.

This place is the definition of difficult. I suggest merely earning money and going back
to Edge to upgrade your Characters weapons and Armor, and levelling up. If you happen to
make it to level 20, go back to Weakling Town, and switch Jobs to Area Boss. Keep upgrading
Weapons and Armor, and levelling until you are 25 or so, then press forward. It's a straight
forward place, where one area has traps along with encounters. Sooner or later, you'll reach
a area with a save point that features a Shop, Save point, and teleportation to the World Map.

I highly suggest maxing out your level here (30), and earning over 50,000 G before going any further.
While it seems like it will take forever, it doesn't. I'm guessing maybe 30 minutes, and you
have it made. Once you've topped out, head on up past the Save point, and meet the Dark form
of every boss yet so far.

Also, in the room to your right lies the last Forest Fruit. If you're max level, and get this,
you should have 300 HP!

Dark Slimer and Slimey are embarrasingly easy. While they take a while to kill, they shouldn't
be a threat at all.

Dark Guards are a little more trickier, but still nothing worth sweating over. Just make sure
you're in Defensive if you're lower than half health. If you are sure of yourself, play Offense.

Dark Garamos is way different than the others. He's himself, only 3x as strong, with that
same deadly move-Judgement. Knock away at him, while maintaining a distance from his Ray,
and if he teleports, you know what to do-Run like crazy.

After you've beaten them all, go back, re stock on items, cure, and save, then move on.
You'll see a cutscene where the Creator tells you only ONE of you can become the Last Boss.
Neko suggests a duel between you two, and thus the last boss is here.

Neko is suprisingly easy for last boss, in that he's predictable. He does the same moves
as he did when he was a member, just that he has higher stats. If you see him charging, defend,
and while he's running past behind you, cure to full health, run up to him, and swing away.
Rinse and Repeat.

After you've won, you'll see the ending scenes, and the credits. I'm guessing you noticed
that the Last Picture shown a new character where Garamos was standing once. This is the
Secret Boss-The Creator (AKA, Me).

To get to him, go back through the Zomar forest, and into the castle.

I scripted every possible best move into him. He does Ray, Judgement, and the new move-
Sword Rain, a painfully 4 swing combo. I can't tell you much about this fight, except that
you should only play defense, and maintain good health. I suggest making Neko and Mark
attack from behind, while you stand in front and defend constantly.
If you win, you are awarded with a Photo Album. Check it out for yourself to see what you've
just won.

CONGRATULATIONS, YOU JUST MASTERED THE GAME!
